Nous voudrions réfléchir à l’intérêt didactique de tels objets culturels et aux conditions de leur exploitation pédagogique en classe de FLE, en centre universitaire, en illustrant notre propos par un exemple de parcours didactique et multimodal, conçu autour du roman Un sac de billes de Joseph Joffo (1973), adapté au cinéma par Jacques Doillon (1975) puis Christian Duguay (2016) et enfin transposé en bande dessinée par Kris et Vincent Bailly en 2011 et 2012. Notre étude s’appuie sur une expérience menée en cours de littérature au niveau B2, au Département d’Enseignement du Français à l’International (DEFI), centre de FLE de l’Université de Lille et examine en quoi ce parcours de lecture multimodale contribue à développer les compétences interculturelles des étudiants. Notre article décrit, dans un premier temps, le parcours proposé autour de l’œuvre et de ses transécritures et précise les objectifs visés. Des productions et des déclarations d’étudiants appréhendées à travers des entretiens et un questionnaire à base de questions ouvertes, sont ensuite analysées. We would like to reflect on the didactic interest of such cultural objects and the conditions of their pedagogical exploitation in French as a foreign language (FLE) classes and university centres, by illustrating our subject with an example of a didactic and multimodal path, designed around the novel Un sac de billes by Joseph Joffo (1973), adapted for cinema by Jacques Doillon (1975) then Christian Duguay (2016) and finally transposed into comics by Kris and Vincent Bailly in 2011 and 2012. Our study is based on an experiment conducted in a literature class at B2 level, at the Department of International French Language Teaching (DEFI), a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) centre at the University of Lille, and examines how this multimodal reading experience contributes to developing students' intercultural skills. Our article first describes the proposed path around the work and its transcription and specifies the objectives.
