David Little
David Little is a Fellow Emeritus of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He focuses on learner autonomy, linguistic diversity management, and the use of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in L2 curriculum design, teaching, and assessment. He has long been involved with the Council of Europe's language education initiatives, notably the European Language Portfolio and linguistic integration of adult migrants projects. Presently, he serves as the academic coordinator for the Council's Romani-Plurilingual Policy Experimentation.
